Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays during holidays or peak seasons.
If your delivery window has passed or the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help!
Please report any lost packages within 30 days of the order’s shipping date. Unfortunately, if we’re notified after this period, we won’t be able to process your request.

- All Customers: Please check around your mailbox or front desk area. You might also want to ask your neighbors or anyone who may have signed for or picked up the package. Don’t forget to check the tracking information online for any special delivery instructions or updates.
- APO/FPO Customers: Check with your military base’s mailroom.
- International Customers: Your local post office or customs office may be holding your package for customs fee payments.
